If you're like me, then you like the toys you choose for your children to be well-made, have value to them; educationally, usefully, family-oriented-ly (is that a word? lol) or otherwise; and to last as long as possible considering the way things are made these days.
I came across this site that features educational toys for kids and thought I'd share the link with you.
I like the way the site includes various categories; which, for me, makes "searching" quite easy.
Just click age group or price range, etc...and a whole list of pages comes up for your convenient perusal.
My sweet grand-daughter is a HUGE "Thomas the Tank Engine" fan and I was able to find lots of the individual trains and pieces here...many of them ON SALE!
There were lots of featured items on this site that were under $20 ! And, I even found a whole selection of "block building people"! We are big "block builders" in our house. Granted, these little people were designed to interlock with Lego-style bricks, not wooden blocks...and we don't have a big collection of Lego blocks at this time (something we did away with as "chokeables" when we had 6 babies in 7 years' time~ lol)...but for those who are currently into Lego....these little people would be SO cool!
Anyway, I was just having fun browsing for gifts online and I get excited when I find a good site; so, I thought I'd share!
